A replacement, at the expense of Clean Toob LLC, will be provided for a toob(s) that arrives damaged or defective (pictures of damage/defect required) and is reported to gettoob@gmail.com within 14days of receiving the order.
A return of new, un-used toob(s), for any reason other than product arriving with damage/defect, will be accepted within 14 days of receiving the order. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. A full refund will be given.
Once a toob(s) has been used a return and refund will not be considered.
